Video game developer Aurogon Shanghai and China-based game publisher Tencent Games join forces for an upcoming strategy role-playing game exploring diverse worlds filled with magic. Titled Ash Echoes, the game aims to redefine strategy games by combining "popular components from the auto battlers genre." The strategy RPG is now open for pre-registration across Southeast Asia and is set to launch this 2024.

Ash Echoes takes place in a richly detailed multiverse. Throughout the game, players navigate through diverse worlds filled with complex characters, strategic battlers, and gripping storylines — players can lead a team of up to 8 "Echomancers" and engage in tactical combat, which features strategic planning and tactical execution, requiring players to carefully select their team members and come up with effective battle strategies.

In addition, Ash Echoes players can master up to 7 distinct elements, offering unique reactions and abilities that encourage players to experiment with elemental combinations and powerful synergies. The brand-new strategy RPG also offers players "intricate" character customization and the ability to build relationships among their favorite "Echomancers."
